When an individual is no longer on the waitlist, it could likely be one of two possibilities as to why:

  1. That they are being reviewed by the Community Corrections Board in the upcoming week;
  2. That they were removed by the Department Of Corrections (DOC) Community Referral Unit due to a Code of Penal Discipline (COPD) reason.

The Community Corrections Board reviews approximately ten (10) transition packets per week. For example, if the individual you searched is in position 80, please note that it may take eight weeks to be reviewed.

The waitlist is updated every Friday.
