Pikes Peak National Cemetery is a new 374-acre VA national cemetery in the southeast portion of Colorado Springs. The new cemetery will serve the burial needs of more than 95,000 Veterans and their spouses in the cemetery’s service area for the next 100 years. This cemetery is the third Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) National Cemetery in the state of Colorado.
The cemetery was officially dedicated on 25 May 2018 and the first burials took place on 1 November 2018
